Anne & Martin – We are the founders of this very private, very secure and in fact unique community  NATURE ZONE “The Edge Village”. Our private opinions, feelings and also our dreams and visions are part of the planning and the construction of the village.

We our self will be a member of the community and live here as an inhabitant of
Koh Chang. We decided to settle down here and spend our lifetime here, because we fall in love with this wonderful nature island. Our vision is a international neighborhood from all around the world joining the lifestyle and the principles of NATURE in combination with Luxury and European quality standards.

A neighborhood in harmony and satisfaction with the basics honesty and fairness is our purpose. No worry about your property when you are not at home. We live here and take care of each single Villa and the whole community.

The Edge Village is the only project that will be planed, designed and constructed from us – you can not find the same or even something similar again, in fact it is a really unique community. We placed all our personal responsibilities, knowledge, experiences, ideas and opinions into the project. Only best quality products, materials and contractors are chosen. We our self, together with our site engineers, control every step of work and will be on site during total construction time - to make sure our plans and visions get reality.
