Our village planning includes several common areas. Parks, Security house and our Club house. All materials and the architecture we composed in a unit with the surrounding nature.

Our Club house located directly at the private Cliffside, 30 meter high over sea level, with a very spectacular view and sun set every day also guarantees safety from any Tsunami.

Club house

We created a very modern European style 2 storey Club house and choose materials to compose a unit between Club house and surrounding nature. Various glasses, windows and open spaces for best view to the wide ocean. West side position for sun set every day. Directly at our private Cliffside, 30 meter high over sea level with a spectacular view. You can go down on our private walkway for swimming, snorkeling or fishing in the deep blue sea water. Or enjoy the spectacular view at the big swimming pool placed directly at Cliffside 30 meter high over sea level. Exercise, sauna, restaurant and bar are located in the club house to enjoy this very unique and famous place.

Security

A main point of our village planning was to find a maximum of security and protection for our village and each villa.
The 30 meter high Cliffside guarantees safety from any Tsunami. The 24 hour security house at the entrance together with our safety-walls on each side of the village makes the whole community and special every villa untouchable and nearly 100% protected.
